Student Design Awards
Model by 2014 student design awards winner Tom Dobinson.
The annual NZIA Central Innovation Student Design Awards Programme brings together the top four students from each of New Zealand’s three schools of architecture: The University of Auckland, Unitec and Victoria University of Wellington.
Each finalist, a fifth-year student, presents his or her project to a panel of judges. The jury assesses each work and determines the top student of architecture in New Zealand. The winner receives a $5,000 prize and two Highly Commended Prizes are also awarded.
