We require a Senior Architect to join our team of 28 at our Auckland City studio. Our team thrives on variety and applicants will enjoy being involved in all stages of project delivery – leading design development from concept design, assisting with and overseeing detailed design phase, client liaison, coordinating the consultant team and contract observation/project administration as required.
Applicants need to be Registered Architects with a minimum of 10 years professional experience, (ideally in the commercial or multi-unit residential architectural fields) demonstrate design development skills, be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have experience in leading project teams. You will also need to possess a good knowledge of the NZ construction industry processes and the NZBC and have great communication skills and a proven ability to deliver large and complex projects in New Zealand.
Proficiency with Revit is preferred.
