coffee house organic
We removed all the existing plasterboard linings to expose the beautiful tongue + grooved + sarked boards. The front room which serves coffee was painted white. A colourful manga graphic has been painted by local artist Lynn Choi. The rear room, where the coffee is roasted has the Kauri sarking polished + clear sealed to bring out the earthy tones that match the coffee so well. A great place to enjoy coffee + to learn about coffee culture.
