This very successful development of 6 new houses on a suburban site, shows that infill housing need not be devoid of character nor compromised for living. Good planning ensures sun, privacy and liveable outdoor space for each house. Carefully placed and proportioned windows and the tall chimneys lift the design well out of the ordinary, while sitting comfortably in an area of traditional family housing.
