Building 8, Central Park
Building 8 is a four level office building constructed as the new “gateway” building to Macquarie Goodman’s Central Park Corporate Centre. The building comprises of three 2,000m² floor plate office floors over ground floor retail and parking. The building core is set outside the main structural grid, giving potential for large, single tenant per floor, un-constricted footplates. Continuous frameless strip glazing further facilitates an expression of airy openness to the office interiors. Construction was completed on programme and on budget.
