Moonlight Tui
At Moonlight, we wanted to build a home that exemplified the seamless integration of artistic design, building science, and functionality. Mark and Sian are a brilliant combination, ensuring your home is not only energy-efficient but also a blissful and inviting space to live in. Their advice is exceptional. One of our favourite features of the home is the partition cabinet/room divider. It is a perfect example of their exceptional foresight, demonstrating how they envision a room's functionality and then enhancing it. Sian and Mark utilized the Passive House Planning Package (PHPP) software, meticulously calculated performance impacts, ensuring our home met or surpassed high-performance criteria. With the addition of solar energy and battery storage, we have been net zero in our electricity consumption for the past two years. All while maintaining all-year-round comfortable temperatures of 20degree with little to now heating or cooling.
