Horowhenua Masonic Villages Trust
BKB Team Architects have worked with the Masonic Villages Trust to create a small development of new hospital care suites. Responding to a changing market the development provides suites that give the occupier the equivalent space of a 1 bedroom unit with the potential for full hospital care as the occupants needs require. Each suite has a separate bedroom, ensuite, living space with patio and small kitchenette all fitted with nurse call services and accessible bathrooms for easy independent or assisted living. The linking corridor leads directly to a nurses station, bringing assistance close at hand.
