Private Residence St Heliers
This contemporary pavilion house fits lengthways on the site, and centres on outdoor living spaces to the west and east that incorporate an outdoor courtyard area and swimming pool. The entry leads into open plan living on the lower floor, with bedrooms on the upper floor. Construction materials have been carefully selected to provide a level of quality that reflects the local built environment and permanent nature of the building, whilst enhancing its modernist, timeless design.
