Pricewater House Coopers Tower
PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower features the largest floor plate of any high-rise office building in New Zealand. The column-free typical floors allow very efficient space planning, while the plan form allows views to the Harbour, the Waitakeres and the North Shore. Quay Tower tenants' oblique Harbour views to the northeast and northwest are also retained. The façade incorporates the best current glass technology, blind installation and flexible power, data and communications cabling, resulting in energy savings and a suitable interior environment for modern office activities. The podium incorporates foyer and retail spaces, as well as an upgraded pedestrian walkway between the Downtown Shopping Centre and the Downtown Carpark. Artworks enhance the character of the public spaces.
