A student accomodation block for Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology providing 72 separate bedrooms with living kitchen facilities and carparking on a busy inner city corner site. The building has proved to be a durable, economic and popular facility that received a Civic trust award for its positive contribution to the Christchurch streetscape
