Rippon Hall
This project was completed in January 2011, with the official opening on 22nd January 2011. Overlooking Lake Wanaka, and set amongst the Rippon Winery the new wine tasting building is planning to be a rich tapestry of materials - rammed earth, raw concrete and soft timbers - a sensory delight to accompany Rippon’s fine wine and outlook. Wine Tasting Room Opening times: Summer (December – April) 11am – 5pm Winter (July – November) 1:30 – 5:30pm Closed May & June unless by appointment, when possible. G
