Highbrook Offices
Part of the larger 107 hectare Highbrook Business Park development, the Highbrook Offices site borders the recently created Highbrook Drive, with expansive views to the north across Tamaki Estuary. Each building consists of three floors with a total floor area of 4300sqm per building, allowing for up to four tenants per floor if required. Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) principles are being followed, and the buildings are intended to earn at least a four star Green Star Rating using the New Zealand Green Building Council 'Greenstar' tool. The first of the two, The Ford Building, was completed late 2008.
