OTAGO RADIOLOGY BOND ST FIT-OUT
Internal fit-out/refurbishment within a ground floor tenancy of Consultancy House, Bond Street, Dunedin for Otago Radiology. It made use of an existing tenancy space with an existing mezzanine floor, with a new fit-out/refurbishment that included a reception/waiting area, specialist X-Ray and Ultrasound rooms, reporting areas and associated amenities including staff facilities. The new works are within the historic fabric of the existing space as well as the contemporary mezzanine floor and sensitively joined new construction with existing historic components, as well as innovative design features associated with lead rated construction that was sympathetic to the existing building.
