ASPECT FURNITURE WAREHOUSE
A 1,200 sqm addition and alteration to an existing working factory/warehouse, including office alterations. Purpose design based on existing uses including assembly of furniture components. Construction includes offsite formed pre-cast concrete panels fixed to steel long-span portal frames to achieve an expansive working area. Our brief also included the procurement of a Resource Consent for the additional uses on the site.
