Dingle Road House
The Dingle Road house is a high-end, luxury residential property situated in the prestigious neighbourhood of St Heliers nearby the beautiful St Heliers beach. Maynard Marks was initially engaged by the developer builder to provide a technical due diligence survey and design advice to assist in the decision-making process around the purchase of the property, for the purpose of completing an extensive make over before being on sold. The property was aged, dated, and clad with monolithic plaster cladding at that time, as well as having an awkward interior layout. The focus of the due diligence survey was to ensure that our client was well informed about the condition of a property including any issues that would carry cost implications during the construction stage and to consider design changes that might enhance the value of the property, all of which contributed toward the feasibility of the project. Working collaboratively with the wider team including the property developer and real estate team, we provided a full interior and exterior design on this impeccable conversion, creating a modernised and rejuvenated state of the art home. The spacious formal living room and the more casual family area extend out through large sectional sliders onto the terrace, utilising a covered portico that provides versatility, as well as exceptional indoor / outdoor flow. The stunning outdoor area truly captured the client’s vision in creating a genuinely beautiful space, in addition to maximising value.
