Dempsey Street Addition
The large self-contained extension needed to marry with the existing dwelling both visually and physically, as well as maximizing views and remaining within tight zoning rules. The addition calls on the materials and forms of the existing house, but uses them in different ways to reflect a contemporary design aesthetic.
