Zinc House
On the edge of the sand dunes, and an hour’s drive north of Auckland, this family Bach enjoys unobstructed coastal views. Building controls limited us to a single-level development. We utilised low, heavily textured and elongated forms to compliment the natural environment. Open-plan with two sheltered courtyards, the house offers breath-taking views from every angle, while creating a seamless transition to the beach.
