Rotorua Police Station
The Rotorua Police Station is a civic asset representing the community and the role of the police within it. The design references indigenous architecture and the concept of protection is encapsulated in the Korowai, the huge laser cut screen and the palisades, the pre-cast concrete panels. The building is unique not only to police but also to Rotorua and the Arawa people.
