Holt Residence
A 1940s duplex in a heritage precinct in Hamilton has been transformed in use of space while retaining original features of the former state house flat. A new kitchen retains the old joinery but adds new facilities. Recycled and period fittings have been incorporated. And a new outdoor living area has provided the connection to the garden.
