1920s Portable Classrooms
Built as demountable temporary classrooms in the 1920s, today after over 80 years of use this rare building requires restoration. The building forms part of the historic Waihi Arts Centre and Museum complex at Waihi. A Conservation and Maintenance Plan has been completed. Next step is the repair programme.
