Tairua Holiday House
Extensive engineering anchors this sleek and simple contemporary home to the steep cliffside, delivering unimpeded views of the ocean via floor to ceiling glass window joinery that can be swept all the way back to the left or to the right. Second stage development will see a similar box design at the top of the section connected by a swimming pool in the middle, for which the foundations have already been laid. For now, internal living areas are positioned to make the best of the sea views while outdoor living comes via the deck made of composite material to ensure longevity against the sun and sea.
