The new $50 million South Island headquarters building in Christchurch features more than 8,300 square metres of open plan office space across four floors, all in the heart of Christchurch’s new Innovation Precinct. Fully mobile, cloud and video aware, the development sets a new workplace standard that delivers greatly increased productivity and convenience for employees and customers alike. The building also features an ‘innovation incubator’ for local entrepreneurs, offering purpose-built, collaborative working space for up to 20 new start-up companies. The headquarter's design has achieved a 5 Green Star rating, promoting sustainable design by minimising energy and water use while creating a healthy work environment that maximises daylight, natural ventilation and connects to the natural landscape.
