Elm Park Primary School
We were originally commissioned in 2002 after winning a successful competition to design an administration block containing reception, offices, toilet blocks, staff room and hall. Following on a few years later we again won a design competition to convert the old administration block into a new library with offices and a resource room. This was achieved, with our project management, under the given budget. A new roof was proposed and built before the walls underneath were demolished, allowing the winter construction to proceed unimpeded. No new floor area was created for this very successful project.
