Villa Renovation
This 1940’s villa was replanned and extended to add a third bedroom and ensuite and increase living area spaces and open them to the north. Heritage zone restrictions required the extension and renovation to be in keeping with the existing house. The result is a light, modern 3 bedroom plus study family home, with great sun and access to the north facing garden, with plenty of traditional old villa charm.
