Queens Drive Alteration
Queens Drive Alterations, Lyall Bay, Wellington. An alteration to a 1930s art deco dwelling for a single occupant. The existing dwelling retained much of its original plan, with generous bedrooms and discrete living areas. The brief required renovation of the kitchen and public realm of the house. Our architectural intervention has unlocked the circulation within the house to create a multi-level public realm, oriented for greater connectivity to the exterior environment.
