Deloitte Auckland
In collaboration with Wellington based studio Custance, Fisher Partners designed and documented the new offices for Deloitte Auckland. Located at No.1 Queen Street and comprising six floors connected by a feature stair, the new offices will promote collaborative working and provide the Deloitte teams with state of the art co- working tools and spaces. Level 17 is a full floor dedicated to both staff break out and collaboration spaces comprising a green house style cafeteria across the full northern elevation designed using a biophilic approach creating a calm environment in which to relax. Level 20, the top level of the building is occupied by a expansive reception area in which to welcome clients and guests with both dedicated presentation and training rooms, private meeting spaces and large areas to entertain. The project commenced on site in May 2023 and is was completed in January 2024.
