Marine Parade Redevelopment
After initially providing the concept plans for the revitalisation of the Napier Waterfront, PMA were engaged to provide full Design services for the Waterfront Park and adaptive reuse of the former Marineland. The site, its cultural history and extensive consultations with a broad range of community stakeholders provided direction to the final form. Key Consultants, Landscape Architect Boffa Miskell and Local Artist Jacob Scott added to the depth of the solution. The opportunity to deliver a project of this nature for the enjoyment of the local community is what drives the team at PMA.
