Hawke's Bay Business Hub
This adaptive reuse project transformed a large former tobacco store into a modern flexible office space, utilised by a myriad of local and national agencies as a business development incubator for this Hawke’s Bay region. The building was transformed through the addition of a second floor level and a large public space with café and meeting rooms. The structure is exposed, and the liberal use of timber and ply of varying tones adds warmth to this well used hub.
