Stratford Street House
This home was designed for a busy family with teenage children. It is located in the heart of Fendalton in a street which features traditional villas. The design has been carefully crafted to sit comfortably in this environment, yet offer a modern face with functional interior spaces. The spaces are ordered around a central entrance/circulation gallery that links the two levels. The house opens up to the rear of the site to BBQ and swimming pool areas for summer living, with easy indoor/outdoor flows.
