Rose Garden Apartments
A new major residential development in the heart of Albany, Auckland’s newest city. A highly desirable site, the development combines proximity to a thriving mix of retail and transport links, with the serenity of lakefront living. Phase one is a 200-bed development of one to four-bedroom apartments, all with balconies, on a 6,700m² site with flexible live/work options and ground floor commercial tenancies. Phases two and three will encompass a further 13,300m², with the total number of apartments in all phases eventually numbering around 800. The design has been well received by Auckland Council and includes extensive public landscaping and new public roads, as well as a variety of private outdoor spaces that maximise the site’s desirable lakeside setting.
