Anselmi Ridge
A residential master planning project for a unique site located on the fringe of Pukekohe, south of Auckland. Oculus in close collaboration with Construkt developed the overall masterplan and detailed approach to the site. The masterplan aims to retain much of the existing character and special features of the site whilst creating a contemporary rural residential community. The development will include a ‘village centre’, ‘parkside’ housing located adjacent to open space, larger ‘countryside’ lots and a number of special houses situated on the hill. Design guidelines prepared jointly by Oculus and Construkt will be used to ensure a high quality development by controlling urban, landscape and architectural design.
