Upper House
Positioned on a prominent Park Terrace site overlooking Otakaro/Avon River and Hagley Park, Upper House is a privately owned multi residential apartment building of six levels designed to meet the demand for luxury apartment living in Christchurch following the loss of many as the result of the city’s earthquakes. The resultant four apartments each contained within its own floor plate, plus penthouse level, are designed to maximise the elevation and outlook to the river and park, and of an exceptionally high architectural standard.
