St Andrews Village
For over a decade we have been involved in the development of St. Andrews village, a retirement community located on the slopes of the eastern suburbs, and with views to the Waitemata. Just as authentic communities develop incrementally, experiencing growth and change both large and small, so too has St. Andrews responded to the needs and wants of it's residents and wider community. That evolution will continue well into the future. Collaboration with their development team has worked towards the establishment of apartments, townhouses, landscape and facilities shared in common. The latter include gardens and terraces, lounging and dining spaces, and active recreation areas.
