PwC Centre
The PwC Centre, Chow:Hill first 4 Star Green Star rated building, is a 5-level commercial office and retail building. The development incorporates a public plaza for Hamilton City. As well as enriching the city, in their own right the building and plaza serve as a gateway between the adjoining WINTEC tertiary campus and the city centre. This concept underpins the working design name of the project: CityGate. Integral with environmental sustainability, the development aims to be a successful long-term asset which responds to occupier needs for flexible business space over the lifecycle of the building. The comprehensive approach to the design of the building and the plaza enriches the social and cultural dimensions of the city by creating a place for students, business people and the wider community. Design of this project has been shared in collaboration with Jasmax.
