Forest Lake Gardens
Forest Lake Gardens is a $30 million retirement village located next to the Te Rapa Racecourse in Hamilton. Comprising a range of townhouses, apartments and communal facilities, the village brings a high level of design sophistication to the New Zealand retirement village market. Chow:Hill's Total Design philosophy has been applied comprehensively to the design of the new village, with the brief encompassing architecture, urban design, interior design and landscape architecture. The village, adopting international best practice urban design principles, is designed to reflect the charm and community spirit of successful historic village communities.
