Kingsland House Alterations
Alteration of an existing Kingsland villa located in a residential 1 zone, to rework the living, dining, kitchen and bathroom along with new and improved access to a new private deck. The kitchen and laundry amenities are housed in a feature ‘floating’ ply cabinet intended to maximise the feeling of space in the compact arrangement.
