Wellacott House
Designed with the environment in mind, this Wellington home incorporates a range of sustainable features and is designed within the restrictions of a tight infil site. The main living area, is a double height volume which gives spaciousness to a small house, and opens through sliding glass doors to both east and west courtyards. The two upper floor bedrooms also get good solar gain while still maintaining privacy from adjacent neighbours. The perfect city dwelling for a retired couple.
