Individual membership
Individual members are part of a network of professionals who share a common interest in the practice of architecture and the quality of the built environment.
Membership is recognised as a symbol of professional excellence and our individual members are our driving force. Membership categories have been developed to match career stages, from architecture school right through to retirement. Throughout this progression, your membership will give you access to the latest architectural knowledge and thinking, research and information, high-quality support services, world-class Continuing Professional Development, and much more.
Membership of Te Kāhui Whaihanga New Zealand Institute of Architects is governed by the Institute's Council. There are six types of individual membership.
