We require a Senior Graduate Architect, with strong technical skills, to join our team of 28 at our Auckland City studio. Our team thrives on variety and applicants will enjoy being involved in all stages of project delivery – leading design development from concept design, assisting with and overseeing detailed design phase, client liaison, coordinating the consultant team and contract observation/project administration as required.
Applicants need to have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience, demonstrate design development skills, be self-motivated and enthusiastic. You will also need to possess a good knowledge of the NZ construction industry processes and the NZBC and have great communication skills.
Proficiency with Revit is essential, NZ experience.
Applicants for this position should have a NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
