The role:
Jasmax is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join its Christchurch studio, working alongside some of the industry’s leading designers to deliver city-shaping and nation-defining projects.

This important full-time role supports the production of drawn information and the delivery of best-practice technical design.

* BIM modelling, document planning, detailing, documentation management, coordination, plus site observations.
* Providing technical expertise to project teams through a hands-on, collaborative approach.

Required experience and skills:
*Qualified technician with 15+ years of experience.
* Experience must come from large-scale and complex commercial builds.
* Broad range of typology experience, such as commercial, civic and community, health and science, and education.
* Advanced Revit skills, proficiency, and knowledge of Newforma are advantageous.
