Full time registered architect or senior architectural graduate position available in our Ahuriri office.The role will be to assist with all stages of project work, in a portfolio that is varied in type and scale.
We are looking for a person who can demonstrate: -
• Strong design abilities
• Sound construction knowledge
• Clear concise documentation skills
• Solid contract administration experience
• Thorough understanding of the NZ Building Code
• Clear communication skills and an ability to work within a team environment to help realise project goals.
• Ability to liaise with client, consultants, and other stakeholders
Qualifications and experience
• The minimum qualifications shall be a recognised Bachelor of Architecture Degree.
• Minimum 8 years recent post graduate experience in a NZ architectural practice.
• Proficiency with Revit and Enscape
