We are looking for an experienced Registered Architect or Architectural Graduate to join our Masterton team in a full-time position, starting late January/early February 2025.We are a medium sized community focused practice located in Masterton. We practice across a diverse range of architecture from residential through to medium scale industrial, medical and community projects set in both urban and rural environments. We work in both the Wairarapa and Wellington areas.
We will consider all applicants, however we are looking for the following attributes in the successful candidate:
Creative & innovative design skills with a passion for delivering great architecture.
A team player. We work closely together, challenging each other to produce innovative and practical solutions together with quality documentation.
Ability to lead projects from start to finish, including contract administration.
Excellent documentation and technical skills.
Experience in using Autodesk Revit software.
A thorough knowledge of the NZ Building Code and NZ construction methods.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
5+ years NZ experience.
Remuneration is negotiable, but will be based on experience and ability.
