Rafe Maclean Architects is an established practice in Wānaka. We are seeking a motivated registered architect, or experienced architectural graduate working towards registration - with enthusiasm for designing contemporary healthy buildings to join our team in a full-time role - based in arguably the most beautiful part of Aotearoa.The successful candidate will be a project lead – working in a senior position on design, documentation and administrating building contracts on site.
Salary is dependent on experience.
We work in an area where outside recreation is pretty good – so a healthy work/life balance is encouraged.
The opening is based in Wānaka.
The successful applicant should have:
- Revit skills & experience
- Reliability
- Obsessive attention to detail
- Ability to work in team environment
- NZ residency & full driver’s license
An added bonus if the applicant has:
- Experience with using PHPP
- Enscape experience
