Do you believe great architecture should be accessible to all; and that Aotearoa needs more affordable, imaginative, and joyful homes? If so – we’d love to meet you!We’re looking for an experienced grad or fresh architect to join our friendly team of four; designing new homes, alterations, and medium density housing. Working from our home-based studio you’ll enjoy a relaxed garden setting, sip away on freshly brewed filter coffee, and break out the pens (or stylus) to get stuck into team design sessions.
In a Nutshell, We’re Looking for an All-Rounder.
Someone who can shift effortlessly from conceptual through to detailed design, confident in their ideas but willing to collaborate with clients, consultants, and builders. You’ll need to navigate tight budgets and deadlines, drive projects through council bureaucracy, and handle on-site challenges. Hard working, but plays nicely with others!

Your Day-to-Day:
- meet with clients
- prepare project proposals and reports
- conceive and communicate ideas through sketching
- contribute to team design sessions
- generate drawings sets via Revit
- create renders and walkthroughs via Enscape
- carry out materials research and write project specifications
- coordinate with consultants and builders
- creatively solve problems, from concept design through to construction
- anything else you’re passionate about that will help us make architecture more accessible!
