An employment opportunity is available for an Experienced Architectural Technician, Experienced Architectural Graduate, or Registered Architect.
We are looking for a person with proven technical experience and the right attitude to join our Dunedin-based team. This position will offer the right applicant long term career opportunities working on quality projects throughout New Zealand.
For your application to be considered, you must have:
- New Zealand Residency and a minimum of five years' experience in the New Zealand construction industry
- Previous New Zealand-based experience in a similar role
- The ability to work both independently and as part of our team based in our Dunedin Office
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD and/or AutoCAD Revit, and be able to produce working drawings for Building Consent and Construction purposes with minimal supervision
- Excellent technical drawing skills
- Strong communication skills
