Following our recent competition-winning entry for a major new school building, AM Architects are expanding our team to support the delivery of this exciting project, alongside our ongoing residential new builds and alteration projects.AM Architects is on the lookout for a talented and driven architectural graduate or recently registered Architect with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our collaborative team in bringing this project to life.
What we're looking for:
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in New Zealand.
- Strong design and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential.
- A sound knowledge of key NZ Building Codes & Standards.
- Experience with medium - large scale educational, commercial or apartment/townhouse scale projects is highly valued.
- Great presentation skills using Photoshop and real-time rendering software (Twinmotion, Lumion, Enscape etc) would be desirable but not essential.
Excellent verbal, written & communication skills
