Specialising in built design and interiors over a wide range of typologies, we stand out for being courageously human.We are looking for an Architectural Graduate to join our Auckland studio in a part-time role (24 hours per week) that sits within our Business Development and Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to use your architectural training and creative eye in a different way, supporting the practice through the preparation of high-quality marketing collateral, bids, publications, and events. You’ll gain insight into how a busy architectural practice operates behind the scenes and play a key role in shaping how our work is presented to clients, peers, and the wider public.
What you’ll be doing:
• Coordinating content for social media, website, and publications
• Assisting with the preparation of bids and submissions
• Coordinating and assisting with photoshoots
• Preparing and coordinating awards submissions
• Liaising with suppliers and managing the materials sample library
• Coordinating with suppliers to organise in-house presentations
• Supporting the delivery of events
• Updating and maintaining website content
• Providing general marketing and administrative support as needed
• Occasionally supporting the design team where opportunities arise, though this will not be the primary focus of the role
What we’re looking for:
• An Architectural Graduate with strong creative and communication skills
• Strong capability in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign and Photoshop essential)
• A proactive and organised approach with strong attention to detail
• Someone who enjoys collaboration and thrives in a team-first environment
• A keen interest in how architecture is represented and communicated
• An adaptable mindset, happy to jump in where needed to support the wider team
