We are seeking an Architect, Senior Graduate, or Architectural Technician with strong technical capability and commercial/residential experience. This role can be full-time or part-time, with a mix of in-office (2–3 days per week) and remote working.Ideal Candidate
You will be passionate, proactive and able to hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have:
-Minimum 5 years experience in the New Zealand architectural profession
-Comprehensive ArchiCAD skills (important)
-Extensive knowledge of NZ building codes and standards
-Proficiency in construction detailing and a strong technical ability
-Ability to document complex, large-scale projects for both resource consent and building consent
