A white folded plane overlooks the street – both a mask from, and a mask for the street, a signal of what lies behind. This is a home of great sensuality and depth and it has a real sense of crafted luxury. There is a theatrical quality in its use of materials and control of movement that celebrates the simple routines of everyday life. In both plan and section spaces are stepped and folded – the mask is much more than a gesture.
