Holt Renovation
The work done to this ex-state house duplex located in Hayes Paddock reflects the architect’s skill in creating a fine contemporary living space without sacrificing the design integrity of the existing structure. The living and service rooms have been combined into a single space to maximum effect. Original detailing and authentic fittings, still available today, merge with the client’s collection of period furniture and memorabilia to enhance the transformed residence.
